No more access to the Rubicon Trail ?

A gate to block access from Lake Tahoe was discussed 2001 to reduce sediment run-off. This was a real serious thread.

 Thanks to the effort of many dedicated fourwheelers the dirt road leading up from Tahoe was repaired and the sanctions lifted.

Let's save the Rubicon Trail !
