Food preparation

I will cook all dinners for you. So, relax, have a beer or some wine and watch me cook directly on open fire.

Breakfast and lunch is self serve and self prepare. I'll show you where to find the food supplies on the truck and then it is up to you whether you want to cook some eggs, stick to coffee or whatever you like. Food provided.

When we pull into camp or into our lunch spot I can use some help to set up tables and chairs. The tables need to be assembled and you'll need a semi flat surface for that. The hood of a car will do as well. Please don't assemble tables in the dirt. There is enough clean granite around to keep the table surfaces clean. After all, we want to eat from them.

clean granite is an acceptable setup surface for the tables - please don't start this setup in the dirt!

Its a little easier to keep the second table clean -you can set it up on the first one
