summer weather?
- In general weather in the High Sierras is perfect all summer long. Usually we don't encounter a single drop of rain during the entire 10 week season from mid June to mid September.
However, a freak thunderstorm in August or a misterious coldfront in June can turn our extreme adventures even more extreme. So, bring some light rain protection and an extra pair of pants and a sweater.
