Arrival

If you like me to pick you up at the airport in Sacramento please let me know as early as possible what your plans are. Please note that I am not able to shuttle all clients due to time constraints and conflicting flight schedules. If there is a conflict arising I will let you know so that you can possibly pick a different flight that matches other arriving times. The earlier you let me know your flight plan, the more likely it is that I can accomodate you.
If I can't pick you up, you will have to use a taxi service or rental car to get to Georgetown. There is no rental drop off in Georgetown though.

Please plan your arrival for Sunday afternoon. Not before 11 am and not after 5 pm. We have to be in Georgetown to meet the rest of the group at 7 pm for dinner.

Meeting point
Since curb side pick up has become pretty much impossible we will meet in the parking lot of the rental car center (all rental companies share one terminal together). Please take the rental shuttle bus and meet me there. I will be driving a white Jeep Grand Cherokee with license plate "BAJA 101". In case I have to use a different car I will let you know in time.

Please plan your departure for Friday morning. Not before 10 am.

If I can't shuttle you, you will have to use our local taxi service to get to the airport. Sometimes we are able to arrange a ride with one of the clients who arrived with his own car.
