"hi
i like your site and it helped me to get info about the rubicon. i have toured the states for the last 6 month and did 4x4 trails in a lot of places. no place was as crowded and dirty as the rubicon, which i did the first time last weekend. almost everybody i saw was drinking beer.... what can i say. i don't like regulations but in the case of the rubicon i think a restriction would be necessary. i think 4-wheelers should have to register with name and licence plate # and a small fee which might pay for patroling the trail. and absolutely no alcohol. well, sounds pretty bad but i guess it might save the trail. the way it is now the trail would have to be closed in order to save the area. i hope it doesn't happen but most wheelers we saw were very irresponsible and immature... if you like, check our website for a rubicon report: www.xxxpedition.com unfortunately it is down right now but i hope it is up and running again next week. keep up the good work sven" |
